hey everyone,

so this is my first year at uom and im currently studying bachelor of commerce. im finding it quite hard at melbourne as the standards are quite high and there is so much work for me to do within a shorter time frame (unlike vce). im actually looking at transferring out of melbourne  and moving to monash commerce as I hate the travelling (takes me nearly 1.5 hours). My wam is currently at 68 and to transfer i need around a 75 to be competitive, which means i need a 83 average this sem :/ I was just wondering whether anyone had any tips for me that i can start doing to help me reach a good average and exam tips in general? last sem i failed a unit just because i wasn't preparing well enough for exams. here are my subjects:

BLAW10001
FNCE10002
ECON10004
ACCT10002

 thanks so much :)

-Review your lectures before your tutorials in the next week
-Form study groups with other students so you can all help each other study
-Go to consultations / ask your study groups about the stuff you don't understand
-Do practice exams

Sounds super generic but it will totally work.

If you find you need to cram, cramming most of the revision for 2 of my subjects that are examined first in weeks 11-12, and then cramming for the other 2 during swotvac worked for me.
