El2012,

That doesn't really happen, according to my teacher who is knowledgeable in matters such as these. Unless you got like 100% on exams and were supposedly failing SACS, you don't move your sac rankings.

No idea, I know I lost at least 5 marks on exam 1 and 2 marks on exam 2. No idea what scores I actually got, don't really care.

Just aim to get 100% as often as you can, if not, as close to 100% as you can and you'll be fine (Y)

Weird, the only reason I mentioned it was because my brother's sac markings changed on his results for methods he got 35 and practically got d's on his sacs and then got a on the exam, and i think he said his sac marks changed.. Unless he's lying..

Your sacs are moderated by your cohorts exams score yes.

But if your cohort performs weakly and you're not at the top, you'll 99% get a shit SAC mark regardless of your exam score.

My friend got an E on his SACS and A+ on both exams, so the SACS went up to a B

Bludging he was lazy, barely attended classes. Tbh i think the teacher was biased cos of his poor attitude becuase he reckons he should have got at least a C pre-mod for his sacs

lmfao how did he get an E for SACs and get an A+ on exams, like from an unbiased point of view, that's pretty much impossible - like to get an E, you basically have to get a 0 for your SAC =.=

The way in which your SAC score scale are usually based heavily towards how well your cohort does.

The only case (AFAIK) in which your own Exam mark could have a profound difference on how your SAC scores scale, would be in the case you do badly but still maintain the top rank and then proceed to ace your Exams.

no, it is not possible, it is your ranking which matters and your exam score does not influence your SAC score directly.

one way to look at it is like this, someone who is ranked higher than you in terms of SACs will definately get a higher scaled SAC score than you regardless of your performances on exams.
