Hi everyone, I am new here.

1. What year level are you in right now, and what are your subjects? (Mandatory)
I'm in year 12 right now doing drama, SOR 1, Maths both 2u and ext.1, physics, chem and I can't believe I haven't killed myself because of it but Adv. English... I hate english.

2. What movie do you most passionately hate? Provide justification. (Mandatory)
Are we there yet. I love Ice Cube but if a thriller or horror movie doesn't raise your heart rate, this definitely will. It's so stress-inducing I think I had some failure of an organ at least 20 times during it.

3. In the event of a zombie apocalypse, what would be your weapon of choice? (Mandatory).
Hands down the elder wand

5. If you had to summarise your life in a paragraph, what would you say? (Optional).
My parents hadn't had a child in eight years, then they decided to have me. My life is full of psychic moments and I don't think you'll ever see me not smile (I once didn't smile just to test waters at school and multiple teachers were severely concerned lmao). I always find joy in things and that's something I pride myself on. except english though, english just sucks.

Year 12. I'm doing mathematics, physics, chemistry, studies of religion 2, and english advanced. 10 units for the win!

2. What movie do you most passionately hate? Provide justification. (Mandatory)
Charlie in the Chocolate Factory (the one from 2005 with Johnny Depp). Look, I've watched my fair share of horror films, five year old me had LIKED the 'Edward Scissorhand' movie. It's not like I had anything against the original movie, Tim Burton, or Johnny Depp... YET. Nothing has scared me as much as Willy Wonka's porcelain doll white face and chilling, doped monotone. It's taken me 13 years to fully watch a tv series with Johnny Depp in it and I actually quite like him, he's becoming less terrifying. But I'm not going to lie, if I happen to meet him, I would probably bolt the other way. 

3. In the event of a zombie apocalypse, what would be your weapon of choice? (Mandatory).
I'd say a bow and arrow so I wouldn't need to get too close to the zombies, but I'm not the most skilled at using one, so katana it is.

4. Who do you want to be as a person, what do you want to achieve? (Optional)
I'm aiming to get into forensic science. As a person, I just don't want to have any regrets and try whatever comes my way.

5. If you had to summarise your life in a paragraph, what would you say? (Optional).
A slow transition from being a book hoarder to a movie hoarder. I'm always aiming for the best I can do and I am a nice balance of quiet and confident. People say I have a contagious smile, so I try to share the happiness each day.

A slow transition from being a book hoarder to a movie hoarder. I'm always aiming for the best I can do and I am a nice balance of quiet and confident. People say I have a contagious smile, so I try to share the happiness each day.

I just started year 12 and I am doing English, Methods, Spesh and Chem (yes please feel free to laugh at my funeral)

2. What movie do you most passionately hate? Provide justification. (Mandatory)

Emoji Movie - never seen it but its pretty self explanatory

3. In the event of a zombie apocalypse, what would be your weapon of choice? (Mandatory).

After watching Walking Dead i would have to say a sword (Michonne has some pretty epic skills)

4. Who do you want to be as a person, what do you want to achieve? (Optional)

I would loveee to get into med and become a doctor because I just want a job that helps people and I loved biol so makes sense. I currently do work as a swim teacher and I love the people aspects but not so much the kids swimming amok.

Lord this is hard, I have high expectations of myself and enjoy swimming and just being a teenager. I hate studying and procrastinate until just before exams and then cram 37 practice exams into a month (god bless further). I used to real a lot but my love (aka my phone) has taken over my life but I plan on getting back into it more. I also like playing music and being a nerd (debating team for the win). I also know this year I need to have a balance of everthing to keep sane so I hope I can do it

Great to see you round the forums @Bell9565, welcome! Congrats on your Further and Bio, great job! With those kinds of scores you should be fine to get into med. As for doing Methods, Spec and Chem in the same year, I'm doing that as well, only I have three other subjects to cover as well! Year 12. My subjects are: Biology, Health & Human Development, Environmental Science, Psychology and English.

2. What movie do you most passionately hate? Provide justification. (Mandatory)

I can't think of a specific movie, although I'm not really a fan of the horror genre.

3. In the event of a zombie apocalypse, what would be your weapon of choice? (Mandatory).

My first thought was a flamethrower or sword, though there would be issues with those.. if only there was some kind of control device or viable non-weapon related solution..

4. Who do you want to be as a person, what do you want to achieve? (Optional)

Hoping for an ATAR high enough to get into my 'dream' course or university (or one which interests me), whatever it may be. I also have an interest in animals, music and art. Options like media, photography, writing, gaming or design seem viable based on some of my other hobbies, however, I doubt that I'll go down that path career wise.
I'd like to be a Zoologist or pursue a career based on studying and helping animals, but this may change depending on what I study at university, which may end up to be a health / nutrition or (other) science related path. I hope to figure this out soon.
