can i still get a 40 study score?

ok so my sac scores this year have been far from great but not the worst however I am still worried about whether my dreams of a 40 study score are ruined because of it
my sac scores ranged from low to medium A's with maybe one very high B+ sprinkled in there and my cohort is reasonably strong, although it is pretty big and am worried the lower end of the students will scale down my sac scores. Also our school doesn't want to tell us our rank for some weird reason but I expect myself to be in the up there in my cohort. (this is purely a guess based on some people I have asked and some rumours I have heard)
I'm not a god at english so a very high A+ on the exam is highly unlikely but I am more than willing to put in the effort to maybe scrape a very high A or maybe even a low A+.which hopefully would scale up my sac scores too
So as the title says, is it still possible for me to achieve a 40 given my circumstances
