Question from the 2019 ATAR notes practice test

Hi
I was doing the practice exam that ATAR notes released a few days ago and I'm a bit confused about question 11c ?

The question says to indicate what results would support that the suspect is guilty, but the beginning of the question states that the suspect claims the blood is theirs and not the victims. In order to prove the suspect is guilty, wouldn't the blood have to belong to the victim and not the suspect?

Hey,

Yep, I've just looked at the exam and your reasoning is correct. Thank you for pointing this out - I'll add a note to the exam post so it doesn't confuse others :)
