Keeping a blog for self improvement

Have recently been down in the dumps for personal reasons. So I’ve decided to keep a blog where I write about anything that comes to mind. If you would like to keep up with my ramblings, you can do so on my personal blog that I just started up yesterday here.

I hope to write two self help articles a week haha. Don’t know how long I’ll keep this up though.  ;D

Hope to see the first "Asian theme"  journal haha. I see you're addressing some stereotypes here and there on your blog. Love your work.

Be happy... and ways to cheer up your day
Over the last few weeks, I've been going through a lot of heavy emotions and I've begun improving my wellbeing the last few days. Each and every day, I've recorded my motivations and thoughts in a diary, and whilst I was drafting this, I realised that the state of happiness is not a difficult task. At the same time, it is a difficult task. While walking to the station everyday for the past week, I feel blessed to have found a purpose in life.

I'm quiet because...
This post was inspired by my own interactions with my friends. I've always been a quiet person, and that's okay. I was never a party person, and  was always someone who needed their own time to collect their thoughts.

An apology and a thank you.
This was honestly one of the hardest posts I've had to make, but I think it was necessary for closure and to tell my friends how much I appreciate them for dealing with my bullshit for the past few weeks. Hopefully, before finals, I'll be back to my normal self but for now, one can only dream.
