Hello my budding modern historians!
Podcasts are INCREDIBLE resources for study – I relied on them heavily during my HSC. Not only are they great for consolidation of content, but they also enabled me to study while I wasn't studying – I listened to them on my way to work, while I was cooking, before school, when I went for walks, during my free time, etc. I get bored really quickly, so I listened to podcasts which related to my schoolwork whenever I was doing something else. Ultimately, it enabled me to consolidate vast amounts of content without having to sit at my desk for hours on end.
I made a list of podcasts for Ancient so I thought I better not leave Modern out! Modern was indeed my favourite subject during the HSC (sorry Ancient fans), so I have an enormous list of podcasts which relate to the HSC Modern History syllabus. While I haven't studied the new syllabus + all of the electives, I have listened to podcasts relating to some of them post-HSC. I also studied Germany as my nationality study and much of its content overlaps with the new core.
