Is there any ways to delete a topic that I've started?

I've had this topic that has my actual name and some other minor personal information and was wondering if I could delete it? When I hit the delete button, it said I was unable to delete a topic, so does that mean I can't delete it?

Hey, you can't delete topics but the mods can. Send the link to a natmod or the relevant state mod for that section :)
