I just wrote my first poem and it was incredibly therapeutic.
Welcome to the dark side. ;)

Guess what happens if you follow your instincts and try to catch a ~4kg metal chair that you've knocked over with your foot? Add to this the fact that you don't cut out autopilot and remove your foot fast enough and what is the result? A crushed/potentially broken toe, in a lot of pain, struggling to walk. I would know. Word of advice, be careful of your autopilot, take control earlier, and you might not get hurt. I have this annoying tendency to instinctively try to catch things I've dropped with my feet, including knives... ::)

Tomorrow I'll be catching a train, travelling on it for 26 hours, spending about 12 hours in a fairly hot, dusty south Indian city, and then catching a plane to Singapore. Then there will be a 13 hour wait before finally flying home. Overall? Leave at 5:30am on Wednesday, arrive home at around 8:30am on Saturday. Ugh! Plus, there will probably be a bit of walking in that time, which is a bit of a struggle at the moment due to the injured toe. >:(

Doesn’t sound fun but at least it’s Singapore. It’s the best airport to be stuck with time to kill at. 🙂

True true. Currently standing at an internet kiosk next to a TV show the English Premier League (soccer), which is not too bad, I guess. Better than spending the night at Mumbai or Delhi (and yes, I've done that before too :'( )

Definitely agree there haha, Singapore is easily my favourite airport, beats India any day! Although the rest rooms at Kolkata are a super nice touch :)

I saw that a tea site had free shipping today. I was running out of tea.
It was a sign that I just had to treat myself to some more tea. :D

I'm glad you gave yourself that teaway.
