Anyone who does mind, brain and behaviour 2: does anyone know if there is a word limit we have to follow for each part of the essay? How long should the introduction be?

I don't think there's a word limit for each part of the essay but ideally the body should be at least 50-60% of the word count :) My intros and conclusions for previous 2000 word essays have been ~150 words each

Does anyone know where to get boiling water for on campus? I know that there is a kitchen area in The Spot but that's too far off the main part of the uni :(

To those who've done Business law (PBL), how on earth do you remember all those cases?

Yeah, I know. I was warned about taking this subject :-\

It's really not that bad! ahahha
Just associate the title of the case with keywords instead of remembering exact details. Along side that, I also made a summary list onsistign of the title, issue, decision of court and reason.

Just so you know, the way they use the cases in exams is something along the lines of "Situation A happened. What  case should Mr X use to swing the court in their favour?"

Yeah it's just I haven't familiarised myself with any of the cases except for the funny ones like Carbolic Smoke Ball. It's so difficult to remember them all, even vaguely. Spent the past two days just reading case after case (Yes - I read every case from week 4 lecture to week 7, too much info). I suppose if I read them periodically up until swotvac I'll be fine..right?

I usually only remember one half of the name of the case and associate it with something related to the facts of the case. Some of my techniques is pretty weird and random.
Some are pretty straightforward e.g. Ermogenous v Greek Orthodox Community of SA, I just remember Greek Orthodox and associate it with the church minister and employee contracts.
For Henthorn v Fraser I remember Henthorn and associate it with "Hen(s)" which are small and slow so I immediately remember that the case is about acceptances of offers by mail.
For Placer Development Ltd v Cth I remember the Placer Development part of the contract and associate with Place Deveopment (House Building) so I immediately remember that the case is about buying timber products for subsidies.
I did that for all of the cases.

Yes, I know I have ridiculous memorizing techniques but it works for me.
