If our bowlers like Johnson and the top-order like Ponting, Clarke etc can find some form, then we have every chance. Though in saying that, England have improved a lot since last time, Graeme Swann is the dangerman for England.

Australia winning 5-0. Following Glenn McGrath's uncanny ability to predict the outcome of The Ashes.

On a side note, where the hell are Cam White, Callum Ferguson and Stuey Clark (a.k.a Glenn McGrath)?
The selectors are the biggest idiots sometimes.

Dont think we'll see Clark ever again on the international scene. Hes well into his 30s and selctors will be opting for youth.

Hes been a fantastic bowler though for Aus.

I agree, as shown in the recent ODI matches against Sri Lanka, Australia has some good up-and-coming youth prospects (i.e. Starc, Doherty). Will be interesting to see if they make it into the Ashes squad.

Apparently now that Greg Chappell is a full-time selector, he will be opting for youth over experienced campaigners. When he was coach of India, he got a lot a bad press from hard-core Indians (thats all of them by the way) for pushing older players like Ganguly out and bringing in raw talents. Hopefully we'll be seeing the emergence of a new Warne or McGrath this season.

I'm hoping so to.

Seconded. Australia will win the first game, lose the next two, win the next to make it 2-2 and then finally succumb to the pressure whilst England will rise and take out the Ashes.
