Transferring courses

Can you transfer from a double degree to another double degree?

Like if my ATAR doesn't meet the cutoff for a particular double, could I enrol in a lower double and transfer?

Would it work if I was single degree?
How does it work? Thanks

I'm not sure if you have a particular university in mind, but in general: yes, yes, and yes.

Internal transfers are usually based on your academic performance (although this would depend on what type of course you're intending to transfer into). For many courses, you can apply to transfer after your first semester. For some other courses, you can only apply to begin at the start of the year (Semester 1 entry). From there your application will be assessed on things such as academic performance in your current course, your individual cirumstances, as well as the number of places available in the course you want to transfer into.
