Does anyone know if the following graph is differentiable at x=3 or x=-2?

The Helper at itute said that

This is abit confusing >< Does it mean that if endpt is included it's differentiable?

That is wierd. I thought at endpoints it is not differentiable9as you cant draw a tangent at that point)
