difference between the new study design and the old?

I am planning to do biology 3/4 past exam papers (like from 2009). Can somebody tell me what kind of new things are added to the study design and what's removed? Thanks!

From memory I recall crossing out a lot of questions about DNA replication and details of the krebs cycle that we no longer need to know. Also mitosis and meiosis which is now part of units 1/2.
