Yes, they are compulsory. Try compensate for your year 8 report with other achievements like extracurriculars.

Well, in the email it says only to bring a copied version of your certificates and your last year's report and this year's mid year report, without detailing anything about taking photos about  trophies. So, I'm guessing you can't?

Yes, you can, just bring whatever you think will help with the interview.

Same. Either it's just the second round of interviews because there are too many people for just one round, or we're the second choice for when people don't accept the offer, and there are empty places left over.

Just wondering if any regional or remote students were offered an interview?

I have spoken to a family who live several hours from the school who have a student attending JMSS and they said that the student didn't have to attend the group interview but was still offered a place.

Yeah we are, I re-emailed them and it said we r required to attend if they re-email us and they also said first round results effects us whether we get an interview or not.
