the A+ notes series, checkpoints and other study guides should only be used as a source of questions
however, i would personally search for definitions (to memorise) from past assessors' reports/exams, and also from the grivas psychology textbook (and not from the a plus notes). Someone else (it might be a psychology teacher, or someone hired by the company) wrote those summaries and definitions in the A+ notes, so they may not be reliable enough to use in the exam (at least, not as reliable as the ones in the grivas textbook which is used by almost the majority of the state).
