I can't listen to those podcasts just because of that annoying and weird intro music haha.

Haha yer when I actually listen to the information it's all good.

I also think my fear of that music was drawn from my teacher doing a head bobble to it when she played it to the class. Very Very disturbing stuff. Ironically that lesson we were learning about phobias too. I was in definite need of systematic de-sensitisation after it.
