Does anyone do the combined Commerce/Law degree at Monash? Or Commerce/Economics, or even just straight up Commerce? Any advice, anything about the workload, the vibe, the job opportunity, internships, etc.

Perhaps it may be a boring white collar job according to your interests.. but the world runs on commerce!
People who do commerce have the potential to be rich if they work hard— it is a very rewarding field.
