what does this even mean ahaha. it's a science if that's what you're asking??? so you'll need to leanr quite a bit about the brain and other parts of the body like the cns etc. part of it was pretty common sense based though which was nice. (speaking only from units 1+2 experience though!) closer to bio than physics or chem, if that's what you're asking? can you tell how confused i am omg

yes. psychology is based on research and evidence. everything you learn in VCE will have been backed up by scientifically accurate and properly conducted tests. One MASSIVE portion on the course is about what makes up a legitimate accurate test and the scientific process. VCE psych actually goes through alot of effort to convince you that its a science

well it is.....but it isn't.

It involves biology so it must be a science? - that's just biology then

You can make the argument for either way - I just don't know why you can major in psychology through an arts degree.

You will spend more time learning about experimental techniques, the scientific process and implications in studies in VCE psych than the other VCE sciences.

Not everything in VCE psych comes back to molecules or physical processes, if that is what you are asking.
