I did think about but now I don’t think it’s worth it, after failing year 9 entry, there no point to be honest, just focus on vce, moving into a new school in year 11 is way too late.
ye you can do that but for some people, it is definitely worth it  ;)

Fair enough but why do you want to do it so bad? Jayce Batallones went to EBS and got a 72.9 atar. And ebs is not as prestigious as other selective schools such as Melbourne High. I don’t see the point in trying.

I never said I wanted to do it "really badly" although, for people who go to a less prestigious school than uhs and want to do EI in year 12, it is definitely worth it. (doing EI in yr 11 decreases the workload in yr 12). EBS isn't for everyone so there may not be a point in trying for you, but that doesn't mean everyone else feels the same.
using Jayce as an example isn't a very good choice either, there are heaps of people who went to ebs and got an atar higher than 90

Hey I was just wondering if having a Vet Course in Tafe will affect your chance to get into EBSS for Year 11?

not really. You can always mention it at the interview though if you succeed in the test.

Will mentioning it in the interview cost me because it takes up one of required classes that you have to take?

Hey is the John Monash Exam the same as the EBSS exam?
They are both an educational academically selective and specialist secondary day school, JMSS is an actual school and EBSS is a program in UHS.
I do not have any experience with JMSS or EBSS, but these are the examination components for each entrance exam. As you can see both schools assess students' ability and acheivement differently, but they do share some common sections such as Science Reasoning and Mathematics.

JMSS Entrance Exam:
- Science Reasoning

- Numerical Reasoning

- Mathematics

- Scientific Analysis and Reporting

- Science interest and communication

EBSS Entrance Exam:
- Verbal Reasoning

- Science Reasoning

- Reading Comprehension

- Mathematics

- Writing piece - about why you are deserving a position in ebs

Please correct me if I am wrong. And take this with a grain of salt as I do not having any experience with the JMSS and EBSS admissions tests.

Appears that the JMSS test writing includes science report and science writing. I'm really suitable to the JMSS test and got passed it last year, but I failed interview and I'm too far so no attempting this year.
What do you mean " about a position in EBS" ?
Upward and outward, no matter the cost.
