Quite a necro on my behalf, but I hope this might be useful to incoming VCE biologists! I won't be continuing with any of the theory (as is probably obvious by now, lol, bit too ambitious), but my PM inbox is always open :)

OMG! This is the bestest biology guide ever!!  Thanks so much alondouek!!!
The problem I'm having is with the accuracy of my summaries. Whenever I summarise I just feel as though things aren't quite right in my summary. Is this something that develops over time as I keep on summarising, or is it just a bad habit which never goes away? Sort of a vague question, I know, but I was just curious.

If you feel that your summaries are too cursory, definitely see if you can get your teacher or someone else you know who is good at biology to read over them. However, you should remember that summaries are exactly that - summaries. You don't need to be copying out the detail of the textbook, you should be focusing on distilling and storing in your head only the most relevant content.
