Geology is offered at most unis. I think Melbourne and RMIT have Geology specifically as a major/minor, while Monash, Deakin and La Trobe all have varying degrees of Geoscience/ Environmental Science. Of those, I think only Melbourne has Methods as a requirement, whereas all others have courses that don't require Methods, from my 2 mins of research.

If you want to study geology at Monash, I think it comes under the Bachelor of Science - probably under Earth Sciences (maybe Geography). The Bachelor of Science at Monash doesn't require you to have taken Methods, bu wants you to have received at least one of the following:
Quote from: Monash Uni Bachelor of Science course page
a [raw] study score of at least 25 in one of Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Geography, Mathematical Methods (Any), Specialist Mathematics, Physics or Psychology
VCE: Psych | Eng Lang | LOTE | Methods | Further | Chem
Uni: Bachelor of Science (Hons) - genetics
Current: working (sporadically on AN)
