Distinguish between the terms 'mental health' and 'mental illness'

Answer in solutions: Mental health problems tend to show mild symptoms, which are temporary and treatable in a short
time frame, compared to mental illness whereby the symptoms last longer, are more serious and
require longer treatment.

Do problems really need to be addressed when distinguishing between the two?

or can one just offer the two definitions from the book and state that one refers to the capacity of an individual to interact with others promote subjective wellbeing etc and illness describes a  psychological dysfunction etc

and also does anyone else think a question asking for the naming of the five axes of the DSM, which is worth 5! marks just ridiculous.

If I get that in the exam tomorrow I'll be loving a 5 mark gift
