Last first day of school. Wowzers.

How are you feeling about it all?

Happy? I suppose so because after nearly twelve years of schooling, my childhood dream of finally being rid of school for life will come true in a matter of months. Also no more English ever yikes

Sad? Definitely. High school was by far the best experience I've had from my puny bank of life experiences. Memories made, friendships made and tbh I feel like I wasted some of my time at high school, because there are loads of things I should've or could've done. But hindsight is 20/20 and could've, should've just messes with your mind, so I won't dwell on that.

Nervous and confident - exams do both at this point. 

Honestly, it feels like someone just stole a bunch of emotions from the emotion shop, stuffed them into a blender and served it to me in a smoothie. Weird

Four and a half years into uni and for the first time I’ve been late with the great race known as enrolment, oops.

(I got lucky though. I think because I’m so old now my enrolment is earlier than most others and hence I still got my time slots.)

Do you know when you do NAPLAN or something similar that your school runs, why do they say  "don't write on the booklet, only the answer sheet"'.
Like, I don't get the point in that. Obiviously you'll write your  answers in the answer sheet but what if you want to underline key words etc  in the booklet?

"Obviously" - yeah, as a teacher I see this all the time. Instructions have to be explicit. You'll always get at least one.
Might be common sense to you but not everybody has common sense
