In Lotto, six numbers are chosen from 1 to 45. Last week, Lotto sold 22 million entries for a draw with a first prize of $3 million.

What is the probability of winning first prize with a single entry?

What does it mean to "win first prize"? Get all 6 numbers correct or something? Also what does your textbook want to claim the final answer is?

1/8 145 060 Is what the textbook says is the answer, but it doesn't say any more then what I've sent to you.

Do you know what a combination is? Because this just happens to be \( \frac{1}{\text{45 choose 6}} \)
