I have a SAC coming up and I was wondering will you get an A/A+ if your writing is not for example sophisticated. I can memorise the content and put it down onto paper but is their such thing as getting marks off if you do not write in a "proper" way? Also spelling mistakes...

As long as the content is there clearly, regardless of sophistication/grammatical errors, you should definitely get the marks. However, you should always be aiming to refine and clarify your expression for the end of year exam because examiners will be more compelled to give you the mark if you write your answers in a cogent manner.
