How do people decide what sort of coffee they like? I mean, the first time you go to a coffee shop how do you know what sort you want?
I started out with my mum's usual order, and trialed and errored* my way through a few others until I found one I liked. :)

*I think I made that a word. Oops.
Is there a word for making words up?

My grandfather says to try it black and then add stuff from there until you find what you like. That way you know the limits of the maximum strength you enjoy it at. Since I liked it at black I'm pretty confident I'll like all the coffee types - so at the moment I either have it black or cuppachino (idk how to spell it but I hope you know what I mean)

Kk So was looking at my cat and what are the purposes of tails on cats/dogs and do they have control over them or is it like a never ending twitch ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Seeing as I did an exam partially on EvoDevo (evolutionary developmental biology) earlier today, I should probably know the answer to this.
I believe (so do take with a heap of salt) that the tail serves purposes in balance, forms of expression/ communication (e.g. wagging for happiness in dogs) and grasping things (although this is in monkeys, not in cats and dogs, but more trivia never hurt anyone). I also think they do have some control over them, probably as much as you would over your nose (so, some voluntary, others not so much).
Note: Just checked. That is indeed the function of tails. I was correct all along... ::)
What does the fox say?
Seeing as the fox is a canid species (basically it's from the same one as dogs, wolves and jackals), my assumption leads me to believe that they'd make sounds that are similar to a dog (so barking mostly). Apparently tame foxes 'bark', so there you go.

Also, were you trying to resurrect a 3 year old song? Well, now you have an answer that's a little more scientifically proven (see here for a somewhat scientific article with a much better answer).

Why do movies get removed from Netflix?
Do Netflix only have the rights for a certain amount of time or something?

yes. If they don't renew the licensing contract with the provider it ends and the movie/show is gone

Why can't you refreeze food?

Why can't you refreeze food?

You can refreeze food but it depends how you handled it before that

Once it's been defrosted the temperature of the food can enter the food temperature danger zone (5 - 60 degrees), where bacterial growth is rapid and the risk of food poisoning increases

This is an issue if you defrost food in the microwave or out of the fridge. If you leave it in the fridge to defrost it, you could refreeze

If you defrost food safely (eg. in the fridge, then cook it and put in the freezer again as soon as it's cool or just straight back to the freezer) it could be safe to eat once thawed again but the quality of the food would be reduced ie. the freezing process could make it mushy
Also some foods are just bad when refrozen because of the textural changes

Do devils have nationalities? I've always wondered this, it's just a question that constantly buzzes in my mind.

How good is EngLang?

Is...is this a rhetorical question or a literal question?? The lexical ambiguity is killing me.
