Had an incredibly boring yet stressful dream last night.

Dreamt that I was going to Ireland, but had left all my packing before my flight to the last minute and I was going to miss my flight. I woke up stressed haha.

Also, I recall something about escaping people plotting world dominion but I think that was another dream.

Last night I dreamt I was eating chunks of raw chicken, to check if they had gone bad.  Someone later confirmed they were off, but I couldn't tell as I wasn't used to the taste of raw chook, so I obviously had to keep eating more! ???

Became very ill.

Was unpleasant.

I feel this.

I'd definitely say it happens more often than not!

Had a really weird dream Tuesday night. First some context, my mum and I had been completely ignoring each other all weekend (I have no ideas why).

So I dreamt that I was at school. For some reason I thought it was Friday, but I had the classes that I have on Wednesday. On Wednesday's I have Private Study, Fish, PS, PS. So one class. I dreamt that it was the end of second period, and for some reason I thought fish was third period, so I hadn't gone.  ??? Then I was thinking that I really wanted to go. And for some reason I thought it was Friday. And then because I didn't go, I basically had had private study the whole day. And then I would have the weekend and because my mum and I were ignoring each other, I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone the whole weekend. And then my alarm went off.

It was one of those weird dreams where I woke in a cold sweat, but it didn't really feel like a nightmare. I dunno. Also there's this thing were if i sleep on my side too much my back muscles start spasming (sort of feels like cramps, but not very painful). So I woke up, very confused. I was sure it was real and when I woke up I was kinda like huh? wasn't I just at school? I remember in the dream, thinking I was awake, it was very strange.

Edit: The fish class on actual Wednesday was a lot of fun ;D we had been doing a project on Carp and some people wrote a (supposedly kids) storybook about the release of the Carp virus....it was very morbid. Our teacher brought cookies!

I've been dreaming ridiculously prolifically recently. About everybody, about everything.

I'm getting pretty sick of the nightmares, though. I keep waking up just drippng in sweat. Not overly pleasant.

Have you tried falling asleep with an oil diffuser + an essential oil you enjoy? I've found that if I fall asleep smelling something pleasant or something I associate with good memories, I'm far less likely to have nightmares :)

I have not! Where might I obtain one?

Thanks Caleb.

I too might try this, been getting some very interrupted sleep thanks to nightmares recently. Nightmares suck >:(

Thanks Caleb.

You guys could try to wash your sheets (especially your pillow case) with a couple drops of lavender/eucalyptus oil. It's what I do, and it's really soothing. It's also an encouragement to wash your sheets more often, if you happen to be an absolute grot. :P
You can get infusers and scent bottles from stores like Dusk, practically any health store, or online. They're helpful, but they can be expensive and if they're one of the good smells, I've noticed they run out of refills really quick. (I haven't been able to get my lemongrass scent for AGES).
Thoughts are only thoughts.
They are not you. You do belong to yourself,
even when your thoughts don't.

thats pretty funny. all my nightmares are about me being unprepared. once I had a dream I went to a wedding without a suit, ran home came back, then remembered I forgot my watch, then my tie and I kept running back and forth. Woke up in a sweat lol. Other days I have dreams I'm sitting an exam without a pen
