Recovery Processes of Stroke

Yes, it is the full question. The previous question is what part of the brain does a stroke affect?

Could you  include all the other information about Juan's father etc. so that we understand the context of the question more?

This looks like a neuroplasticity question to me.

In the old study design this type of question was probably more common and you would be expected to understand that this was an instance of adaptive plasticity. (In the current study design you do not need to distinguish between developmental and adaptive plasticity.)

In units 1&2 you would be expected to understand that components of the right hemisphere have taken on the responsibilities from the left hemisphere in an instance of neuroplasticity, where neuroplasticity is the ability of the brain to adapt and change. 

In units 3&4 you would not be expected to distinguish between the left and right hemispheres' respective roles
