I've decided that this one is my favourite UTas campus.

Nina, in light of your karma-ing... I feel I should mention that when my cousin finishes year 12 she intends to go to UTas for maritime studies.

Edit: Just to clarify... YES... there are actually people who want to go to UTas... just not many.

That's good.

[Joke]If your cousin lives in Victoria or somewhere in mainland Australia, then Tasmania will be a great overseas experience.[/Joke]

EDIT:  Had to put in joke tags to avoid ambiguity.

The Melbourne Model could get the 'Neville Chamberlain award for reminding us that the road to hell is paved with good intentions'

I've heard that UTas is quite lenient on the ENTER required for med entry, though. Probably just 'cause they're desperate.

unrelated: well I guess "ATAR" isn't catching on so much, at least in my personal vocabulary.

it's not that difficult to get into medicine relative to other unis at UTAS if you go there, otherwise it's similar (perhaps a bit easier) if your interstate. (after a year of uni though as straight out school requires 100%ile for umat for interstate).

come on guyyyys UTAS isn't THAT bad though!
