"Double-counting" units in double major (info/advice needed urgently please)

Thank you for taking the time to read my question

I am currently studying the undergraduate/single degree Bachelor of Business (3806). Commenced full-time study in 2013 and this is my last semester. I have chosen to double-major in Human Resources Management and Management.

I have completed my 8-unit sequence for my HR major and am finishing up my remaining Management units this semester (MGF2351, MGF3621, MGF3681). I have taken some information from the Monash course maps below to explain what I mean - striked through units are those I have completed, blue are the "double-counted units" and red are the units I have chosen for this semester.

Human Resource Management Major
Students MUST complete all 6 compulsory major units:
MGF1010
MGF2341
MGF2661
MGF3430
MGF3881
MGX3441

Students MUST complete an additional 2 major units from the following list:
BTF2991
MGF2111
MGF2511
MGF3361
MGF3420
MGF3450
MGF3621
MGX3991

Management Major Units
Students MUST complete all 6 compulsory major units:
MGF1010
MGF1100
MGF2111
MGF2351
MGF3401
MGF3621

Students MUST complete an additional 2 major units from the following list:
MGF2341
MGF2511
MGF2661
MGF3361
MGF3381
MGF3681
MGX3771
MGX3991

HR and Management are highly-related majors and, as you can see, some of the units I completed for my HR major (MGF1010, MGF2111, MGF2341 and MGF2661), I have also counted amongst my completed units for my Management major.

So my questions:
-As MGF1010 and MGF2111 are required Management units, they have to be double-counted, but am I allowed to use either MGF2341 or MGF2661, which I completed as part of my HR major, as one of my 2 elective Management units? In sum, have I completed enough Management units to have completed the Management major as well?
-Or does anyone know how many units can be counted twice across majors where the units are repeated in required and elective lists?

I have been trying to make an appointment regarding course progression through the Monash BusEco Course Advice Booking System but have had no luck so far as its been booked out everytime I log in.
