Can anyone remember the exact question for Standard Mod C?

Compose a piece of imaginative writing that begins with the words:
"Some things are unknowable. A person's secrets may be revealed by the things they leave behind; but what are they, those supposedly uncovered secrets? They are words, ideas...Dry and dead as dust."
Note: you are NOT required to write out the extract as part of your response.

Lowkey a bit unrelated to the exam - but just wondering for those exam workbook things of exemplar responses that you can purchase from nesa for English and other subjects, just wondering are those full mark scoring responses or like band 6 responses in general?

From NESA: "Where possible, there are 'exemplar' student responses, which are examples of responses that were awarded full marks." https://arc.nesa.nsw.edu.au/go/hsc/std-packs/
this is from the old 2000s website btw
