Whilst admittedly I didn't take physics but did do some tutoring, I think the most important thing in a tutor is their ability to understand content in the context of VCE education and be able to explain that to a range of student capabilities. Students are capable of accessing textbooks, exams and other study material if you don't have them, and they'll have textbooks and class notes from school. Whilst you might be able to charge more or whatever if you produce your own test materials or provide 'perfect' notes, I honestly wouldn't pay for that because I can get that from anywhere but you can't get a good teacher from anywhere.
If you don't have or aren't willing to prepare tests for your students, use a foundation of your own notes from school to teach from (photocopy for students if you like) and maybe source some AN topic tests or something else to give students problems to do!
If you think you've got the background knowledge and teaching ability to be a good tutor, go for it, don't stress about the need for anything else!
