Nah, you start Uni mid/late feb (whenever o-week is on)

There is one final (and small) opportunity to change your preferences (before first round offers) on January 4, 2018 from 10am to 4pm. Check out the dates here: http://www.vtac.edu.au/dates.html

Does this mean we can add courses to our list as well during this time?

It's the same as any other change of preference period, so I would assume so! I also remember adding a course last year onto my preferences during this time as well :)
