Title: How do I study a difficult text?????

I am struggling to study one of my texts and need some help.
My Mod A texts are W;t and Donne, and the themes that are discussed make it hard to sit and study it for the amount of time I need to. It's not that I don't like the texts, just that they make me reflect on events of this past year, which are still quite raw and real.


How do I try and study them????
