Disappointing, but not surprising. It's a bit ridiculous that VCAA hasn't figured out that they should google the shops they use and pick a name that can't be targeted. This happens just about every year.

Having said that, if anyone here is thinking of leaving one of those reviews (or has done so), please reconsider. Negative reviews may just seem like a joke to you but it can have a real effect on small businesses and well as causing a lot of stress for the owners who are suddenly bombarded.

This shop is in the UK

I guess you can't cover every base but I agree it is up to people to be considerate of small businesses.

I'm so confused

What's going on here . . . like I get how the shops been bombarded with negative reviews but like why?
