Just curious, I am sure some students must have accomplished this task.

It is possible, but it really depends on the year, as the ATAR aggregate (being 100% of your top four subjects and 10% of your bottom two subjects) changes every year — it's impossible to predict. For example, in 2020 the cut-off was 209.81, meaning you didn't need a subject to scale above 50 to hit the minimum for 99.95, but for 2019 it was 210.04, meaning you did need something to scale above 50.

Just curious, I am sure some students must have accomplished a this task.
I would assume someone did it at some point but routinely even 99.90 are often only people who did Spec and/or a Language
