G'day guys!

I've been feeling pretty bad about my habits recently. For a while, I was burned out from school work, stopped looking after my skin and my diet started to consist of kitkat's, calippo's and golden gaytime's.

✧ Goals ✧

1. To wash my face in the morning and at night
2. To spend 10 minutes cleaning my room up
3. To spend at least an hour and a half studying/completing homework
4. To spend at least 30 mins exercising (not including cricket training)

G'day everyone!

Best of luck!

Are there any strategies you're using to help you with this?

Thanks Bri! I find that if I can give myself a reason or a purpose for doing something, I'm more likely to do it. Also by getting out of the mindset that these goals are merely chores, I find that I'm a lot happier and willing to do things! Although these goals are relatively small, it'll build me up to developing bigger, more positive habits!

love this idea! ♡

Thank you, somethingeevee! I love your profile picture. It's so adorable!

Good luck!

Thank you Cat! <3
