quite a few, but here goes nothing:

circles - pierce the veil (acoustic)
floral and fading - pierce the veil (acoustic and original)
irresistible - one direction (zayn deserved better and harry looks like a rat, change my mind)
lost boy - not sure who sang this but i cry every time i hear it
secret love song - little mix
bulls in the bronx - pierce the veil (the reason why they made the song breaks my heart oOf)

maybe theres more but im so tired and these bring me to tears if i listen to their lyrics haha
taking a break.

Lost Boy by Ruth B (if that's the one you're referring to!) is one of my emotional songs too - I like to sing it to myself sometimes.
Spoiler

Grow As We Go by Ben Platt, an actor for the musical Dear Evan Hansen, which is also a tear-jerker.

Watched Les Miserables for the first time last night, though I know the songs well. The songs are even sadder in context than in isolation.  To my mind, Empty Chairs at Empty Tables is the pick of the bunch:

Though in context the death of Gavroche may be worse:

Not a song per se, but Nimrod, one of the Enigma variations, does that to me.
Also the Lord's Prayer, especially Amira's 2020 version.
Die Onse Vader, one specific version, sung by Amira and six others at either Classics or Afrikaans is Groot, possibly 2017.
As of just the other day, 'I'll Walk With God', sung by Amira and an excellent tenor. Happy tears, though.
There's a theme going here, I'm sure of it.  :P

The Call, by Regina Spektor
Kind of seconding. For the lyrics, not the melody - I tried to listen and got bored. But, not that I've watched the film, it's pretty amazing in the context of a credits song for that book!
Yes, this is the only way I've heard of this singer - through Narnia!
