Title: Recent and Recommended reforms
Post by: hdxx on May 26, 2018, 10:07:13 am
Do we have to know every recent and recommended reform in the textbook or do we just focus on one or two in the book? Also on the sac or exam will they ask us about a specific reform?

Hi hdxx. I personally would advice you to know all recent and recommended reforms in the textbook and you also should be able to discuss/evaluate them in relation to the principles of justice. It is unlikely that they will ask you to define or explain a specific reform in the sac or exam. However, they can ask you questions like 'Evaluate the extent to which one reform that addresses costs factors achieves the principles of justice'

They can't ask you about any specific one on the exam, as none is listed on the SD. But your teacher can do what they like on the SAC. As to the number, no-one knows for sure how many you will need. So you just use your common sense and best judgment, taking into account the likely number of marks allocated and the likely wording of the question - check out some old exams.
