checkpoints or exams?

i haven't had enough time to fully prepare for my exams. should i be doing checkpoints or exams?

I don't do physics but I think for most subjects you should do exams instead of checkpoints as it familiarises you with the layout and shows you how well you can manage your time.

I'm doing both to prepare myself for the exam.
2009: Biology
2010: English, Mathematical Methods (CAS), Specialist Maths, Chemistry, Physics
