Hi,
Do we need to know inverse matrices and inverse logarithmic functions for 3/4 methods?

I wouldn’t be too concerned about the 2x2 matrix inverse. I don’t believe it’s actually in the Study Design, and I’ve certainly never seen a question on it.

If by logarithmic inverses, you mean exponential functions, and applying them to solve equations, you certainly need a high level of familiarity with them.

Hi Kat!

Just wanted to add, matrices are really helpful with solving simultaneous equations (finding infinite/single/no solutions) and for transformations in methods as well (saves you so much time) so definitely worth revising if you've got time! (Just 2x2/Determinant, nothing more)
