Missed scholarship?

I got a letter today that I received the vice chancellor's scholarship for achievement, but the letter said I needed to respond by the 20th.  :-\  The letter is dated the 6th of January but I got it on the 23rd. Is there anything I can do or have I lost my scholarship?

This is an interesting question - but I think the only way you'll get an answer is by calling them up, unfortunately!
