Hey,
I'm really stuck in finding a related text for Module C (exploring transitions) and was wondering if anyone could help please. Preferably a poem or a song. My prescribed text is Billy Elliot. Thanks :)

The related text I would recommed is the song 'Father and Son' by Cat Stevens.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yERildSsWxM , it has some really good links with BE.

Hi, I studied Billy Elliot last year and I used The Perks of Being a Wallflower! I know you said you'd prefer a poem or a song, but this is a really quick read and you could use the movie as well. There are loads of links to Billy Elliot as well.

Hey! I did Billy Elliot last year!
You can try “Its Quiet Uptown” from Hamilton (musical) or “Requiem” from Dear Evan Hansen (musical). Both songs talk about dealing with death.

I’m pretty sure I studied a poem that also talked about accepting death and transitioning into a new phase of life but I cannot recall it from the top of my head!

Edit: The poem was called 'Mid-Term Break' by Seamus Heaney.
