depends on how your body takes caffeine, can either make you jittery, have a panic attack or energized

I wouldn't advise trying that unless I know how my body reacts to the drink. Jamon?

Not a medical professional, I have absolutely no clue, but I've heard that you can crash hard from them. Whatever seems right to you my friend :)

Not a full one - personally, I like to ration an energy drink. I.e., if I need to be up for 48 hours straight or something like that, between the 24th and the 48th hour I'll have one can of Red Bull and spread my intake throughout the day. (No idea if this 'works' but at the very least there's a definite placebo effect on my behalf).

If you need to just have a little bit. BUT - that being said, water works just as well as an energy drink when you haven't had enough of it - which I bet you haven't :P
✌️just do what makes you happy ✌️

I would advise not to take it lol.

The sugars and all the other crap in it digest extremely quickly into your bloodstream. Caffeine does help in mental stimulation.. for the first 1hr.. After that you will feel very lethargic and generally weak/sleepy. Moreover if you drink energy drinks often (which I get the feeling you do), your brain develops more adenosine receptors, essentially meaning it will require you to drink even more to get the same effect as me drinking half a cup of coffee. This will make you more crashed once it leaves your system.

Moreover, if you are nervous it's really likely to cause some stomach distress or something

Your choice.

Caffeine can improve some aspects of cognition but harm others. It can also induce anxiety (which you may have during an exam, just a hunch).

You don't need energy drinks unless you're super tired (as in you slept like less than 5 hours). Even then, they are not as powerful as you imagine, they'll just take the edge off the tiredness but you'll still be tired.

If you don't normally consume caffeine, it'll hit you way harder. It's definitely not advisable to try something like this for the first time on the day of an important exam.
