i am really sure that I did write the correct student number but i am bit worried if i didn't, what would happen in that case

If you're worried about this, you should let your school know. Then either they'll contact the exam supervisors/NESA for you, or direct you on how to.

Typically they're able to sort it out themselves at NESA. But if you don't want to play the risk, again you should let your school know.
