If you had a strong introduction (summarising your main points and relating it to the question) and well-written body paragraphs, the missing conclusion should have minimal impact on your marks. The conclusion is nice to sum up your points and reiterate your arguments, but it really is such a minor detail compared to your actual arguments in the main body paragraphs.

As for the title for the creative, I never wrote titles for creatives and always scored highly. Most people I know don't write titles for creatives, so it really should have no effect at all on marks.

Just don't stress out about these minor details, you'll be fine!
