Reading: Finished a new book.

4. To stop snacking after dinner.

5. To cut out all lollies. (My go-to comfort food.)
TIck!

6. To wear my retainer every night.
Mhm, and it's started hurting less so that's something I guess.

Yep!

8. To read a bible passage each day.

1. To drink 1.5-2L of water a day.
Yep!

2. To exercise daily: bike-rides, stretching, core workouts ect.

Also, an hour of walking laps of the oval at the school's annual Walkathon.

3.  To spend a little more time outside, being creative and reading.
Outside: The walkathon ::)
Creativity: Finished knitting a scarf- also spent heaps of time working on scenes for the production.
Reading: Tick ;D

4. To stop snacking after dinner.
Mum brought me home some chocolate...

5. To cut out all lollies. (My go-to comfort food.)
Once again, a half-price Cadbury sale tempted me but I did not relent. (Mum got me a small bar of chocolate, but I'm saying this doesn't count as this was more about bags of gummy lollies.)

6. To wear my retainer every night.
Yep!

7. To take off my makeup more and take better care of my skin.
Had to go on stage at a school assembly today so I wore a ton of makeup, but I took it all off!

8. To read a bible passage each day.
Psalm 101

9. To stop going on my phone or any other technology in my bed.
Tick, although it is super tempting.

10. To keep my room clean (and tidy it every Sunday).
Had a small tidy up today.

11. To create and maintain positive study habits.
We didn't have any classes today, so hence no new homework. I'm pretty on top of things so I decided to take a break, only doing the last bit of catching up I needed to.

12. To feel more positive and energetic.
Thoroughly enjoyed today. It was a school spirit day with lots of time to hang out with friends!

I'm just really tired today. I worked and volunteered all day and I'm sick and I had a massive day yesterday. Every day this week is going to be massive, so my goal is just to survive. I think that I will try to stick to the water, workout and daily bible reading, but certainly going to cut myself some slack this week.

I don’t debate, but I love watching debates, and arguing really speeds up the digestive system lol. What was the topic?

The topic ended up being "That the media should have no censorship". We were affirmative. I am actually a C Grade debater (Year 10), but as the C Grade team had a bye, I was simply going along to the B Grade debate to be an extra team member to help out.

In secret topic debates you are told the topic and hour before you must speak and (during the prep hour you cannot access any technology, only printed material). Although only three people must speak, you are allowed to have up to five people in the room. I was just a bonus person who worked on writing some arguments for the second speaker and helped with planning out ideas.

Yeah- an interesting topic, but hard to argue the affirmative. Especially as the opposing team built their entire case around keeping Australia's laws exactly as they are.
