I am doing Legal via distance ed and was wondering if someone could help me with response to this task;

Task 5 – Online Discussion forum - Factors
leading to Recidivism 
Log on to the online classroom. In the discussion forum for
week 5 you are to discuss the following questions with your
classmates and teachers.

Figure 6 on page 6.12 shows us that Indigenous prisoners in
prison on 30 June 2009 were far more likely to have previously
served a term of imprisonment when compared to all prisoners
1. What is your opinion on why this may be the case?
Provide a detailed explanation of why Indigenous
people may be more likely to reoffend than nonIndigenous?
2. What strategies could be implemented to help reduce
the rate of recidivism in the Indigenous community?
