Can someone please explain the pipe cleaner model that is used for this dot point - I don't really understand how to do it

Process information from secondary sources to construct a model that demonstrates meiosis and the processes of crossing over, segregation of chromosomes and the production of haploid gametes

Basically you are modelling/recreating the mitosis flow diagram. Showing using pipe cleaners (where the pipe cleaners are the chromosomes)  how the chromosomes divide, cross over etc. 

As long as you know the process pretty well and understand key points such as the daughter cells being different, how the genetic variation is created, number of chromosomes etc. you should be all good.
